Digital time clock
Time tracking that stands up before a labour court
What this is about
Since the ruling of the German Federal Labour Court, working time has to be recorded. Paper timesheets meet that formally, but cost hours every month in adding up, and in a dispute it is one person's word against another's. A digital time clock records, calculates and documents.

Frequent questions
This is what we are often asked.
What does a digital time clock cost?
Time clock systems with software of your own start at €1,500 net. Hardware, such as a terminal at the entrance, is added according to effort.
Do we need terminals?
Not necessarily. Many businesses clock in on their own phones. Terminals are worthwhile where not everyone has a work phone.
Is this legally sound?
The recording meets the obligation to keep records. We clarify co-determination and data protection with you beforehand; a location check, for example, needs a proper legal basis.
Can employees cheat?
Corrections are possible, but only with a reason and approval, and every change remains visible.
Does it work with our payroll?
Yes, the monthly report goes on as a file or directly through an interface.
