Time tracking
Clock in, clock out, break: traceable and legally sound
What this is about
Since the ruling of the German Federal Labour Court, working time has to be recorded; the only question is how much effort that takes. We build a system that costs two seconds in daily use and delivers a finished report at the end of the month.
What is included
- Clocking in at a terminal, by phone or in the browser
- Break rules, core hours and supplements according to your requirements
- Overtime and time accounts updated automatically
- Location check on request, so that site hours are correct
- Report as a file for payroll accounting

Frequent questions
This is what we are often asked.
Does this require works council co-determination?
Yes, as soon as a works council exists. We supply the technical documents for the works agreement.
Can fitters clock in on site?
Yes, by phone, with a location check if you want one, so that the time matches the site.
What happens if someone forgets to clock out?
The supervisor receives a notification and can correct it, and every correction is logged.
Does the data go into payroll?
Yes, as an export for the common payroll programs or directly through an interface.
