Do you also take over systems set up by others?
Yes. We record the condition, document it and tell you honestly what is sound and what should be replaced.
What happens if there is a fault at night?
Monitoring raises the alert automatically. Anything covered by the agreed on-call arrangement is dealt with immediately; everything else the next working day.
Are there fixed prices?
Yes, as a monthly flat rate per system. Larger jobs are agreed beforehand.
