Does this also work on the iPhone?
Yes. The signature is added when the message is sent, and the field on the device stays empty.
What has to be included legally?
For limited companies: company name, legal form, registered office, registry court, registration number and managing directors. Sole traders need less, but full contact details are still required.
Can different departments have their own signatures?
Yes, one version per address.
