What does a custom ERP system cost?
A complete ERP with everything that goes with it starts at €28,000 net. The binding price is set after we have surveyed your processes; any figure before that would be a guess.
Why not an off-the-shelf ERP?
If a ready-made product fits your business, we say so and build nothing. A custom ERP becomes worthwhile where the business has special cases no standard covers, and where adapting the standard becomes more expensive than a solution of your own.
How long does it take?
The first stage is usually in operation after eight to twelve weeks. The complete system grows over six to eighteen months, in steps that can each be used straight away.
Can we migrate our old data?
Yes. We take over items, customers, suppliers, stock and open cases from the legacy system or from spreadsheets.
Do we own the system?
Yes. The source code belongs to you. You are not tied to anyone.
Does it run on a phone as well?
Yes. Warehouse, production and field staff work on mobile, administration on a computer.
