What does a custom CRM system cost?
A custom-built CRM with its own corporate look starts at €15,000 net. That covers surveying your processes, development in stages, data migration, training and introduction into daily operations.
Why not rent a ready-made CRM?
If an off-the-shelf product fits your process, we say so and build nothing. A custom CRM pays off where the business has special cases no standard product knows, and where monthly rental fees over the years become more expensive than a one-off development that belongs to you.
Can existing data be migrated?
Yes, from spreadsheets, legacy systems or export files. We check the data for duplicates beforehand.
Who may see what?
You decide. Roles and permissions go down to individual fields.
