Is e-invoicing mandatory?
For dealings with public-sector clients it has been for a long time; in B2B, receiving e-invoices has been phased in since 2025. We set up both.
Can invoices be sent automatically?
Yes, with an approval step if you wish, so that nothing goes out unchecked.
How are payments recognised?
Through the bank transactions: payments are matched to the case and the status moves to paid automatically.
