How reliable is the text recognition?
Very high for ordinary invoices, and it learns with each supplier. Handwriting remains difficult.
Can the paper be thrown away?
With audit-proof capture, as a rule, yes. We document the procedure so that it stands up to an audit.
What about till receipts?
They can be captured by phone as well, with a photo archive of receipts instead of fading thermal paper.
