May I film employees?
Only to a very limited extent. Permanently monitoring workstations is not permitted; entrances and outdoor areas generally are.
How long may recordings be stored?
As a rule, a few days. We set the automatic deletion accordingly.
Is a works agreement needed?
As soon as a works council exists, yes. We supply the technical details for it.
