Checking feasibility

A small trial first, then the decision

What this is about

Before a larger project starts, a small trial is worthwhile. In one to two weeks we build a prototype that shows whether the idea holds up, and what it would cost.

What is included

  • Clarifying the core question: what has to be proven?
  • A small, working prototype
  • Assessment of effort and risks
  • Recommendation: continue, change or drop
  • Cost budget for implementation

Process

How we go about it.

Narrow down

Find the one question that has to be decided.

Build

Prototype with real data.

Assess

Look at the result together.

Decide

With figures instead of gut feeling.

Frequent questions

This is what we are often asked.

What does a prototype cost?

Considerably less than a failed project. We give a fixed price beforehand.

Can the prototype be reused?

Sometimes. Often it is deliberately disposable, which is cheaper than carrying poor foundations forward.

And if the result is negative?

Then you have avoided an expensive bad investment. That is also a result.

Sollen wir uns das ansehen?

Ein kurzes Gespräch genügt, um einzuschätzen, was in Ihrem Betrieb sinnvoll ist — und was nicht.
